BioGrowing up, I was always the heavy kid. I was the kid picked last for kickball. I was the kid who never got notes passed to him in between classes. Rather than spend my life feeling regretful and slowly turning emo, I decided to do something about it in my adult life. I've started a journey of physical and emotional self-improvement. I've started living a more healthy lifestyle, losing weight, and along the way I've found the self-confidence to start approaching social situations very differently than I used to. Along the way, some of my approaches to life will be taken from self-help and dating gurus like David DeAngelo and Neil Strauss. I will share some insights I've gleaned from these people as well.
